Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of learnwithfarhan.in (the “Platform”), including all courses, content and services. By creating an account or purchasing a Course, you confirm you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 18, or use the Platform with a parent or guardian's consent. Provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and tell us about any unauthorised use. Accounts are personal and non-transferable — sharing login credentials or reselling access is prohibited.
Course Licence
On payment, you get a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to view the purchased Course for your own learning. Unless stated otherwise, access lasts for the lifetime of the Course on the Platform.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change at any time; changes never affect completed purchases. Payment must be made in full before access is granted. Payments are processed by third-party gateways (e.g. Razorpay) — we never see or store your card or UPI details.
Refunds
Digital content is delivered instantly, so enrollments cannot be cancelled once unlocked. Limited refunds are available under our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to copy or redistribute Content, share accounts, bypass payment or access controls, upload malicious code, disrupt the Platform, or harass other learners. Breach of this section can end your access immediately, without refund.
Intellectual Property
All Content — videos, text, graphics, logos, course structures — belongs to Learn With Farhan or its licensors and is protected by copyright. The Learn With Farhan name and branding may not be used without written permission.
Certificates & Outcomes
Completion certificates confirm you finished a Course. They are not accredited academic qualifications, and no course guarantees income, employment or any specific result — outcomes depend on your own effort.
Disclaimers & Liability
The Platform is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Course giving rise to the claim in the preceding twelve months.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kochi, Kerala, India.
